Miss Nancy will lead your child in age appropriate yoga and mindfulness in a safe and non-competitive environment. Ideas such as peace, respect, gratitude and acceptance are apart of each class. We will learn to use our breath, minds and bodies to believe in ourselves and others. Exploring yoga poses will teach us to listen to our minds and bodies to build a safe community. Miss Nancy's goal is to guide each child to be confident in who they are and learn to shine, share and protect their individual light.

Miss Nancy has been practiving as a board-certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 12 years and as a Certified Child and Adult Yoga Instructor for eight years. We are honored to have her here at RejuveNate helping us to bring light to each child's mind!

Please dress your child in comfortable clothes, have them bring a water bottle and  feel free to bring their own yoga mat. We have plenty of extras if needed! With the weather in mind, please be sure to dress your child in warm clothing. This yoga class does take place outside!

After the yoga class, each child will receive a 2 inch Paint Kit and will participate in a Paint & Plant Wellness class led by RejuveNate. They will explore plants, creative outlets and learn how both reflect our mental health in a postive way. Each child will have the ability to paint their own terracotta planter in whichever colors are calling them and then choose a plant to plant in their masterpiece, to bring home and care for. All supplies are included in ticket purchase.
