Kids Self-Love Sunday 🌱

Join us at RejuveNate Plants & Wellness for a heart-centered afternoon designed to help kids slow down, move their bodies, and express their feelings in a creative, supportive space.

Kids will begin with a gentle yoga session with Nancy from 12–1pm, focusing on mindfulness, confidence, and connection. From 1–2pm, they’ll explore their emotions through art by painting their feelings and positive affirmations, creating a meaningful piece they can take home as a reminder of their inner strength.

This nurturing experience encourages self-expression, emotional awareness, and self-love—because it’s never too early to learn you are enough 💖
