Bring your child in for a Self Love Day and reflection to jump start the New Year! We'll start this event off with an hour yoga class to unwind, relax and RejuveNate themselves and their brain! Then we will sit down to decompress and further benefit our mental health with a Paint & Plant Wellness Class!

We will make our own mantra / affirmation planters to read each day to bring awareness to their own mental health and emotions! The price includes an hour yoga class and all supplies to create their own mantra planter.
