Immerse yourself in a soothing blend of creativity and nature with our Paint & Plant Wellness Class, designed to nurture your mental well-being and your soul. This unique workshop combines therapuetic benefits of painting and plant care to help reduce stress, enhance mindfulness and foster self-expression. It is also a time to become educated on what mental health is, how we can support ourselves and how we can advocate for others within our very own community.
