Join us at the shop for a soundbath and meditation amongst the plants. Kelsey Brasic will lead us through a soundbath coupled with meditation while you will be surrounded wall to wall with plants! Take in the ambiance, the positive energy and practice some wellness for yourself! 

Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, whatever you wish to give yourself the most comfort! We will have a few extra mats on site just incase!
