We want you to get creative and partake in art to benefit your mind and soul. Our goal is to empower individuals to create their own work of art, to pull creativity from the right hemisphere of their brain to combat mental health ailments. Not only does getting creative stimulate your imagination, helping you to be more observant, enhances problem solving skills, helps to boost self-esteem, provides a sense of self worth and accomplishment and reduces stress but it also has numerous other mental health benefits and we want you and your brain to reap everything that it has to offer!
