As part of our Mental Health Love initiative, we're rolling our our Teen Monthly Meet Up in 2024! 

The last Thursday of every month, will be dedicated to the teens to educate, connect, support and empower! Each meet up we will participate in a hands on activity, have guest speakers, meet new faces, connect with familiar ones, empower each other to spread mental health and self love and educate on mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Consider this a Mental Health class that our kids and teens should have within their educational institiutions or a support group without being labeled a support group. It's a class / workshop to support, learn, grow, educate and simply to form relationships with people and be a lending sense of support to one another.
